This is my second car I have brought into Rusty's garage. The first time was our 2005 Honda Accord, we first took it to a dealer because the car would not go into gear, they gave us a whole list of things wrong with the car and a price tag of over $600 and wasn't positive any of those things would fix the problem. I then remembered Rusty's, I went there when it was Knee's automotive, Pat diagnosed the problem and fixing the issue I spent $200ish, that included my routine maintance. My 2001 BMW did not pass inspection, a sensor was out. Pat gave three scenarios explaining each one and all that it would entail. Fortunately, it was the best scenario.. It is personal and professional. It gives the feeling of living in a small town, even though you are in a big city.
