Brought my Jeep in for an oil leak, turned out it needed a few things (as expected as it’s 7 years old). Luckily most was covered under the warranty. I will say these guys are a bit on the pricier side compared to most garages in Houston if you don’t mind traveling further. They did a great job and we’re always courteous, had the Jeep done when they said they would. Gave me a loaner vehicle when it was available and an Uber back to my house so I didn’t have to pay for one myself. Never had a garage do these little things which says a lot about the group here. Overall it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a shop and that says a lot.

Gave an estimate to my friend of 2100 for parts that should have costed around 450! Luckily I intervened before the offer was accepted... y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for running a business with such poor ethics.

Zoe, after speaking to your friend, her father and her mother and now you, I've come to the conclusion that we've upset a lot of people. I am sorry for doing that and wish that I knew of a way to have prevented it. I applaud you for standing up for your friend, but please know that we do not have poor ethics. In fact, we don't tolerate poor ethics. We are very proud of the way we treat our customers, and very disappointed when we fail.

Tried charging my daughter for a laundry list of things that didn't need done.

Mathew, I just left a reply to your daughters post on this issue. I'll try not to be redundant, but we somehow missed terribly with you guys. We did a poor job and it has made you guys angry, and for that I am sorry. I assure you that nothing on the estimate we gave her was unnecessary. We would never do that. But the moment we created doubt with you guys, was the moment we failed. Please know that I am sorry.
