I needed basic oil/lube done on my three year old car. I emailed the dealership four times and left two voice mails with the dealership, trying to set up an appointment and also to make sure everything would be done to keep my warranty intact. I never got a reply. Giving up on the dealership, I called Rusty's. I made an appointment for the next day, they checked out all requirements for the warranty. They included Uber transport to take me home and pick me up. All this and the charge was about half what I'd paid at the dealership. I'm all about Rusty's from now on.

Brought in a wheel bearing/hub assembly for Rusty's mechanic to separate from the knuckle using a press. They separated it all right but bent the knuckle badly in the process and charged me $85 for what was probably 5 minutes worth of work. The next day the owner texted me how their service was, so I told him. Silence. The least he could have done is offer me a partial refund for the substandard quality work done by his shop.

Rusty’s Garage is the best! Due to health reasons most of the time I am unable to drive to them but no worries, they always come pick up my car from home, do the work and then bring it back straight into my garage! Five star service!!!!
