2014 Chrysler Town and Country: oil change, diagnostic and full inspection report, A ticking noise coming from motor. 1. Quality: Rusty's Garage made me feel our vehicle was in good has and I believe it was. I Trust Them. 2. Value: I do believe we got charged the basic mechanic rate. No Favor here. LOL. ON the other had it is there service I put the value on and its "A OKAY" 3. Professionalism: Very cool. Smooth operation. they got it down. 4. Punctuality: not a problem.

Needed to have my vehicle inspected, called and had an appointment for the next day. Process was quick and professional, and care was taken during this time of "social distancing" (both in the office and protection in the vehicle).

Pat himself drove to my houe to pick up my Pilot during the CoVid-19 Quarantine! All it needed was a simple oil change but they made things SO easy. I paid over the phone with my debit card (thanks Ryan!) and the brought my car back ready to do. Their concierge service was such a blessing during the lockdown and I appreciate them taking the risk to make sure our family vehicle stay "healthy" and in working order. PS - I sent a few doggie treats for Rocky, their mascot when they picked my car up. :)
