Tried to charge me $1200 for a 30 minute job and a $300 part. Managed to walk out with *only* a $200 diagnostic exam fee. Don’t let them take advantage of you.

Have you ever gone to a repair shop before where they take care of the issues with your vehicle? This place was fantastic with taking care of the issues my truck had. They worked with my extended warranty, very personable, the communication was great, they got me a Uber to get back to work, and even delivered a loaner vehicle. Great service!!

This auto repair shop was amazing! They went way above and beyond to help me. Charlotte in the office was helpful, answered all my questions, returned all calls and did a wonderful job for me. The mechanics do an extensive 60 Plus point inspection and diagnosis on my truck and emailed it to me for review. This report listed ALL items and rated repairs, in detail, by categories of passed, needs to be done soon or needs ASAP and explains why. I never got that from any other auto repair shop ever. They also provided a cost to repair estimate for everything in the report. When my truck was done being repaired they even delivered my truck back to my home as I had no way to go get it! I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone for their vehicles. Picture me they are the best I have ever done business with. I will definitely be returning to have additional repair work done needed for my truck.

My car broke down and I got it fixed at Rusty’s Garage. The customer service was spectacular. They had my car for about two weeks but they made sure they kept me updated on the eta of the part I needed and also when they should be done fixing everything. Ryan was amazing through the whole process also the lady at the receptionist desk I forgot her name and also that was someone else I spoke to who was also great. Thank you Rusty’s for getting me back on the road I will be returning for all my car needs😀

I needed basic oil/lube done on my three year old car. I emailed the dealership four times and left two voice mails with the dealership, trying to set up an appointment and also to make sure everything would be done to keep my warranty intact. I never got a reply. Giving up on the dealership, I called Rusty's. I made an appointment for the next day, they checked out all requirements for the warranty. They included Uber transport to take me home and pick me up. All this and the charge was about half what I'd paid at the dealership. I'm all about Rusty's from now on.
